Pay Rate: $15 per hour

Schedule: Monday 6am-3pm Tuesday-Friday 10am-7pm

Summary

As a Day Porter, you will be essential in maintaining cleanliness and order within our facilities. Reporting to the Facilities Manager, your core responsibilities will include commercial cleaning, floor care, and general janitorial tasks. Your experience in custodial services will ensure a welcoming environment for all visitors. We expect you to uphold high standards of cleanliness and contribute positively to our team dynamics, ensuring a safe and pleasant atmosphere for everyone.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily cleaning and janitorial tasks to maintain a tidy environment.
• Ensure proper floor care, including sweeping & mopping
• Assist with commercial cleaning duties, addressing specific areas as needed.
• Utilize custodial experience to handle maintenance and upkeep of facilities.
• Respond to requests for cleaning and maintenance support in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations.
• Deliver Supplies to buildings

REQUIREMENTS

• Must have janitorial experience. Washing floors, vacuuming, dusting, cleaning bathrooms, wiping down counter tops and surfaces and emptying trash, etc.
• Must pass a background check.
• Must be dependable and able to work with minimal supervision.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 per hour
