Job Description
Debt Capital Markets (DCM) is part of the investment banking division, providing capital-raising services through the issuance of corporate and government bonds for clients. Typically, our DCM group caters to clients that encompass investment-grade corporations and governmental bodies. The issuance of debt stands as a means for both corporate and government entities to secure the necessary funds for supporting their ongoing operations and implementing growth and expansion strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the DCM team in the preparation of transaction and KYC documentation during the execution of debt issuance.
- Occasional support with Business and Compliance reporting and Head office (in China) relations as requested by the department. This encompasses DCM and asset management activities.
- Admin work-related tasks as required by the Department
Qualifications
Desired profile:
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High commitment and excellent analytical skills
- Excellent use of the MS Office Suite
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or Business Administration
- Preferably some internship experience in the areas of banking KYC and compliance or front office admin assistance roles.
- Basic knowledge of financial analysis and investment banking products
- Fluent written and spoken English and Chinese. French and/or German may be considered an asset.
Start date and duration:
March 2025 for 6 months.
Additional Information
