Description:
About the Role

This is a hands-on, fast-paced opportunity where you’ll learn the full POV sales process from industry professionals. You will:

• Master the fundamentals of pre-owned vehicle selling, upselling, and achieving monthly targets
• Follow up on customer enquiries with urgency and professionalism
• Understand customer needs, interests, and buying motivations
• Build strong product knowledge across our vehicle range
• Gain an understanding of end-to-end POV sales process
• Maintain accurate customer and sales data in our systems
• Assist with vehicle deliveries and provide post-delivery support
• Help maintain the presentation of the yard
• Learn key administration and compliance processes

Skills and Experiences:
About You
This is an entry-level career opportunity to learn the art of selling POV Sales.

We don’t expect automotive experience — we’re looking for attitude, drive, and people skills. Ideally, you bring:

• Previous sales or customer service experience
• A genuine interest in people and delivering exceptional service
• High energy and enthusiasm
• Strong listening and communication skills
• A competitive, winning mindset
• Reliability, honesty, motivation, and professional presentation
• The ability to build rapport and long-lasting relationships
• This is a full-time, five-day-a-week role, including Saturdays.
• A current VIC Driver’s Licence
• And most importantly, a real passion for driving sales success
