You have a proven track record as a dealership Service Advisor, working as part of a team in a high-volume environment, and you have strong attention to detail.

Description:
About the role:
Reporting to the Service Operations Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Deliver outstanding customer service in line with Toyota policies and standards, ensuring customers feel valued and informed throughout their service experience.
• Keep customers updated on vehicle servicing, addressing any questions or concerns they may have at every stage.
• Provide expert advice on our products and services, enhancing the customer experience.
• Work closely with technicians and workshop control to ensure timely vehicle readiness.
• Build genuine rapport with customers, prioritising their needs and ensuring their satisfaction.

Skills and Experiences:
About you:

• Proven experience as a Dealership Service Advisor.
• Ideally, familiarity with Toyota or similar automotive brands.
• Exceptional customer service skills, consistently delivering a 5-star experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organisational abilities and time management skills.
• A valid VIC Driver's Licence.
• A willingness to learn and enhance your skills.
