The Deals Analytics - Senior Data Analyst role involves active participation in client engagements to deliver sophisticated analytics insights and ensure high-quality service delivery, thereby enhancing client satisfaction. The role requires utilising advanced analytics techniques, employing tools such as Python, Alteryx, and Power BI to analyse complex data sets and generate actionable insights.
Additionally, the Senior Data Analyst will drive the exploration and implementation of GenAI-based analytics tools, staying updated on emerging technologies to integrate them into client solutions. Effective collaboration within the Deals team and providing mentorship to junior members are essential components of this role, fostering collective growth and professional development.
Key accountabilities include: delivering high-quality analytics solutions that meet or exceed client expectations, championing the adoption of advanced technologies, contributing to team knowledge sharing, and demonstrating a commitment to continuous personal and professional development in analytics.
Ngā pūkenga kei a koe / Skills and experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Strong experience working within accounting and a solid financial acumen.
- Expertise in advanced analytics techniques and tools.
- Proficiency in Python coding
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies, along with excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
- Familiarity with GenAI and other emerging analytics technologies (desirable).
- Experience in a consulting or professional services environment (desirable).
