Backyard Vinyl is growing fast, and we’re on the hunt for hands-on, hard-working humans who aren’t afraid to get a little dirty (okay, sometimes a lot dirty). We install composite decks that make backyards awesome — and we need installers who can help us make it happen.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Install composite decks like a boss
• Work with our Team Leads (they're cool, we promise) to get jobs done right
• Keep the job site clean, safe, and accident-free (no tripping over tape measures)
• Use tools, lift stuff, and occasionally impress the neighbors
• Chat with clients and answer questions with a smile

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience is great, but we’ll train the right person
• Good with tools and not afraid of a little math (angles, levels, etc.)
• Can lift 50–100 lbs without grumbling too much
• You like working outside (sun, wind, rain, or the occasional "is this weather even legal?" day)
• Valid driver’s license and a decent playlist for the ride to job sites

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $27.00 per hour
