Working alongside head chef Brendan, in our restaurant and in our deli next door at the pantrí, our deli cook prepares & serves hot and cold deli food such as breakfast, hot Lunches, sandwiches, salads etc..

Fills catering orders and ensures portion control.

Ensures food handling and food safety procedures are adhered to.

Orders food stocks, rotates, and monitors product temperatures before and after cooking.

Baking & Barista experience an advantage.

Cash handling experience a must.

mainly daytime hours, but may be required 1 evening (Fri/ Sat) at weekends

Pay: €14.15-€15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15.0 – 20.0 per week
