Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly, customer-focused, detail-oriented Deli lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized deli area, ensuring all products are handled and stored according to food safety standards. If you have a passion for working in a fast-pace environment, merchandising the deli department, and assisting customers with their needs, we want to hear from you!
Duties
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the deli area, adhering to food safety regulations.
- Assist in managing inventory control by monitoring stock levels and placing orders as necessary.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operation of the deli department throughout the day.
- Participate in training development for new staff members to promote best practices in maintaining the cold chain.
Experience
- Basic knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and preform physical tasks, such as lifting up to 50lbs.
- Previous department lead experience with inventory control management.

Pay: From $14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
