We are an award winning retailer and fresh food store and we are currently hiring for an experienced Deli Manager with a passion for fresh food.The Candidate must have a minimum 3-5years experience working in a food service or deli management environment.

Strong customer service experience.

Flexible working availability.

A natural flair/passion for cooking and food preparation

Experience working in a customer facing retail environment.

Ensuring the Deli department is presented to the highest standards .

Operate the Deli department in line with HACCP legislation ensuring that food safety is priority.

Prepare food in a high quality, cost effective manner, ensuring the department meets projected sales and contribution targets.

Work in conjunction with the Dept. Manager to ensure the smooth running of the deli as a whole.
