POSITION SUMMARY:

The Deliveries, Maintenance & Field Tech Support is responsible for following all NSC regulations regarding this position. The Deliveries, Maintenance & Field Tech Support is responsible for keeping incoming units & equipment cleaned and maintained prior to servicing or prior to being dispatched. The Deliveries, Maintenance & Field Tech Support will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and organization of the equipment on an ongoing basis. The Deliveries, Maintenance & Field Tech Support will follow all Standard Work Procedures at all times and will discuss with their supervisor if they are unable to follow the procedure.

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Dedicated to safety, quality, and customer service.
• Keep units & equipment clean and organized by washing exteriors and having them ready for servicing or dispatch, ensuring that units & equipment are locked when parked.
• Assist with performing maintenance, replacement, and installation of equipment.
• Ongoing tidying, including disposing of garbage, cleaning up fluids on floors and other duties as necessary in the FracWorx Bay.
• Handing in paperwork as required.
• Read, and comply with FracWorx Health & Safety manual.
• Reporting all unsafe conditions, hazards or equipment damage immediately to the Ops & HSE team.
• Responsible for attending all monthly safety meetings if not required to work.
• Holds a valid driver’s license class 5.
• Driving FraxWorx Owned pickup truck following all Alberta Road Laws to pick up and deliver equipment as needed.
• Hauling trailers with equipment to and from locations.
• Responsible for the upkeep & cleanliness of combo units (Includes garbage bins, lights towers, men & women’s bathrooms and fuel vault).
• Responsible for assembling and transporting equipment.
• Other job duties as required, as the above duties and responsibilities may change at any time with or without notice.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
• 1 - 3 years of directly related experience.
• Safety certifications such as Standard First Aid & Loader Certification an asset.
• Oil Field Industry knowledge and asset.
• Strong communication skills.
• Above average work ethic.
• Able to pull trailers with a pickup truck.
• Valid Class 5 Drivers License.

WORK ENVIRONMENT/PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

• Will require travel to other locations as well as project sites that require the use of personal protective equipment such as steel toed boots, coveralls, safety glasses, hard hat and mandatory hearing protection.
• Able to occasionally lift items as heavy as 50 lbs.
• Will be exposed to a variety of conditions and job scopes.
• Sitting or standing as needed, as well as walking primarily on a level surface for periods throughout the day.
• Some physical labour required.
• Reaching above shoulder height or below the waist as well as some lifting as required.

EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK:

• This is a full-time hourly position. Standard hours of work are Monday through Friday, with some weekend work needed. Hours scheduled upon in offer letter. Some overtime hours may be required on an as needed basis.
