Job Title: Delivery & Sales Team Member

Schedule: 35-40 hours/week (Must be available Saturdays)

Position Overview

We’re looking for a reliable, hardworking team member to join us in a hybrid role that combines delivery and sales responsibilities. This position includes approximately 20–30 hours per week handling deliveries and 10–20 hours assisting customers on the sales floor.

What We’re Looking For

• Sales experience preferred, but not required
• Physically capable of lifting and moving furniture (100+ lbs)
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Team-oriented and coachable
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Experience driving large trucks or trailers is a plus (not required)

Responsibilities

• Deliver and set up furniture in customers’ homes
• Safely load, unload, and transport merchandise
• Assist customers in-store and recommend products
• Help close sales and build customer relationships
• Assist with showroom setup, furniture assembly, and store upkeep
• Work with the team to maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace
