Job Title: Delivery Boy

Responsibilities:

• Package Delivery: Ensure timely delivery of packages to customers' addresses.
• Route Planning: Plan and follow the most efficient routes for delivery.
• Customer Service: Interact politely with customers, answer any delivery-related questions, and handle customer complaints.
• Handling Goods: Load and unload goods onto the delivery vehicle.
• Documentation: Obtain signatures and ensure proper documentation for delivered packages.
• Vehicle Maintenance: Maintain the cleanliness and functioning of the delivery vehicle.
• Safety: Follow traffic laws and safety regulations while driving and delivering packages.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license.
• Good knowledge of local routes and geography.
• Strong time-management and organizational skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Physical stamina to handle loading and unloading of packages.
• Basic literacy and numeracy skills.
• Reliability and punctuality.

Desired Experience:

• Previous experience in a delivery role is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

• Morning shift
