Job Title: Delivery Boy
Responsibilities:
- Package Delivery: Ensure timely delivery of packages to customers' addresses.
- Route Planning: Plan and follow the most efficient routes for delivery.
- Customer Service: Interact politely with customers, answer any delivery-related questions, and handle customer complaints.
- Handling Goods: Load and unload goods onto the delivery vehicle.
- Documentation: Obtain signatures and ensure proper documentation for delivered packages.
- Vehicle Maintenance: Maintain the cleanliness and functioning of the delivery vehicle.
- Safety: Follow traffic laws and safety regulations while driving and delivering packages.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license.
- Good knowledge of local routes and geography.
- Strong time-management and organizational skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Physical stamina to handle loading and unloading of packages.
- Basic literacy and numeracy skills.
- Reliability and punctuality.
Desired Experience:
- Previous experience in a delivery role is preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Morning shift
