Job Title: Delivery Executive cum Office Administrator
Location: Goregaon East. Mumbai
Job Type: Full-Time
Role Summary
We are seeking a dependable and proactive individual who can manage both delivery operations and office administrative tasks for our nutraceuticals marketing and pharmaceutical/medical device distribution business. The ideal candidate should be hands-on, punctual, and capable of handling responsibilities across delivery logistics, documentation, and basic office support.
Key Responsibilities
1. Delivery & Dispatch
- Deliver orders (nutraceuticals, pharma products, medical devices) to hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, and other clients.
- Collect payments and delivery confirmations as needed.
- Ensure timely, safe, and professional handling of products.
2. Office Administration
- Maintain basic inventory logs and update stock records.
- Assist in billing, filing invoices, and documentation.
- Handle coordination with courier partners, vendors, and transporters.
- Support with inward/outward material tracking and upkeep of dispatch files.
3. Communication & Coordination
- Liaise with customers for delivery scheduling and address confirmation.
- Coordinate with internal team for billing, product readiness, and payment updates.
Requirements
- Minimum qualification: 10th/12th pass (Graduate preferred).
- Two-wheeler with valid driving license (must).
- Basic understanding of Excel and documentation preferred.
- Prior experience in pharma/medical deliveries or office support will be an advantage.
- Honest, well-mannered, punctual, and self-disciplined.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
