Delivery Coordinator And Pharmacy Assistant

• Coordinating and monitoring deliveries
• Talk to customers and ensure that medicines reach the patients in time
• Manage inventory as well as warehouse, transportation, and other logistics processes
• Develop new strategies to streamline processes and reduce cost
• Ensure that quality, quantity, customer satisfaction, and financial commitments are met
• Perform metrics reporting and data analysis tasks to identify issues and opportunities for process improvement
• Coordinate with courier companies, drivers, and clinics for timely and efficient deliveries.
• Create weekly/ monthly reports

MINIMUM SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS:

· Knowledge of the pharmaceutical distribution industry

· Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing

· Effective interpersonal and leadership skills

· Effective organizational skills; attention to detail

· Ability to consistently meet deadlines

· Excellent problem-solving skills; ability to resolve issues effectively and efficiently

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
