Job Summary: Full-time position (Monday-Friday).
As a Parts Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for the efficient and timely delivery of goods to designated customers along specific routes, including Niagara, the Greater Toronto Area (GTA), and the USA. Your duties will include reviewing orders before delivery, loading and unloading trucks, and delivering excellent customer service. We offer training for the right candidate who shows strong motivation and a willingness to learn with 3-5 years of proven commercial driving experience. Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Load and unload company truck accurately following company procedures to ensure accuracy of all orders/loads and quality control of all incoming and outgoing products.
- Ensure that all products loaded are safely secured to maintain the quality of product.
- Utilizing tablet to accurately document the completion of each delivery.
- Provide excellent customer service while acting as a liaison between customer and sales staff.
- Responsible for completing Circle checks of vehicle and report any required vehicle maintenance to dispatch.
- Responsible for scheduling cleaning of company vehicle at an offsite facility.
- Responsible for receiving payment for product in the means of cash, debit and credit card transactions.
Qualifications and Job Requirements:
- Valid class G license with a proven clean CVOR
- Minimum 3-5 years delivery experience driving an E450 (box truck)
- Medical Letter to operate a commercial vehicle in the USA (An Asset)
- Ontario Secondary School Diploma or Equivalent
- Dependable
- Customer service skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
