Duties

• Safely operate box trucks and other commercial vehicles to deliver products across designated routes
• Load, secure, and unload cargo using forklifts, pallet jacks, or manual lifting techniques
• Navigate delivery routes efficiently, adhering to schedules and traffic laws
• Provide excellent customer service by interacting professionally with clients during deliveries
• Verify delivery details, obtain signatures, and complete all necessary documentation accurately
• Assist with warehouse tasks such as moving inventory and organizing stock as needed
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and report any mechanical issues promptly to ensure safety and compliance

Skills

• Proven experience as a delivery driver or courier with a strong understanding of route driving
• Customer service skills that foster positive interactions with clients
• Warehouse experience including loading, unloading, and moving inventory using forklifts or pallet jacks
• Ability to handle heavy lifting safely and efficiently during loading and unloading processes
• Knowledge of commercial driving regulations and a valid driver’s license suitable for operating box trucks or similar vehicles
• Familiarity with manual transmission vehicles is preferred
• Experience with heavy equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks is a plus
• Strong organizational skills to manage routes effectively and ensure timely deliveries
• Excellent driving record with safe driving practices at the forefront of your work ethic

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
