Job Title: Delivery Driver & Event Logistics Assistant

About the Role

As our new merger expands, we are looking for reliable Drivers to handle transport and on-site logistics for high-energy cocktail events. Starting and finishing at our Karlslunde warehouse, you will drive our transport vehicles, deliver equipment to venues across the region, and ensure everything arrives safely and on schedule. You will work closely with our Operations Manager, who manages routing and setup plans, so you can focus on safe driving and efficient execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Vehicle & Transport Operation: Drive company transport vehicles to and from event venues using pre-planned routes.
• Loading & Unloading: Safely load, pack, and secure heavy event gear, mobile bars, and supplies at the Karlslunde warehouse, and unload at venue locations.
• Inventory Handover Checks: Perform strict inventory check-offs during both drop-off and pickup to ensure every piece of equipment, stock, and gear is fully accounted for.
• Event Logistics Execution: Follow daily dispatch checklists, conduct pre-trip vehicle checks, and return gear accurately to the warehouse.
• Equipment Maintenance: Assist with basic post-event gear check-ins, unloading dirty equipment, and keeping transport vehicles clean.

What We Are Looking For

• License: Valid Danish / EU Driver’s License (Class B minimum).
• Language: Strong working proficiency in English is required for coordination and team communication.
• Experience: Previous driving, delivery, or event logistics experience is preferred, but not strictly required for candidates with great driving records and strong reliability.
• Physical Fitness: Capable of handling active physical work, including lifting and maneuvering heavy venue equipment.
