El Rapido Logistics, LLC is hiring full-time package delivery drivers with at least three years of driving experience. This is a permanent position operating large delivery vans in all weather conditions.

Pay & Benefits

• $21.75 per hour
• Paid bi-weekly via direct deposit

Schedule

• 8–10 hour shifts
• Start time: 09:30 AM
• 3 weekdays + 1 weekend day required
• Operations run 7 days per week

Job Responsibilities

• Safely operate a large delivery van
• Deliver packages to homes, businesses, and retail locations
• Work outdoors in rain, sleet, snow, and varying temperatures
• Lift and carry packages up to 50 lbs
• Walk packages up driveways, stairs, and walkways
• Interact professionally with customers and the public
• Adhere to strict safety and quality standards on and off the road
• Ability to drive during daytime and nighttime hours

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license for at least 3 years
• 21 years of age or older
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Comfortable working independently
• Dependable, punctual, and safety-focused

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior professional driving experience (3+ years)
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Self-motivated with a positive, professional attitude
• Experience representing a consumer brand
