Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and motivated part-time Delivery Driver to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering products to our customers in a timely and efficient manner. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills and have experience with route driving, ensuring that all deliveries are completed safely and accurately. The Delivery Driver will also be expected to assist with loading and unloading products, as well as performing warehouse duties as needed.

Daily Responsibilities include:

• Arrive on time for early morning deliveries
• Safely operate company's vehicle to deliver goods to designated locations.
• Load and unload products, ensuring proper handling to avoid damage.
• Accurately pack bread and pastry orders for delivery
• Follow assigned delivery routes and schedules, adapting as necessary to meet customer needs.
• Provide excellent customer service during interactions with clients, addressing any questions or concerns.
• Load and unload delivery vehicles
• Maintain accurate delivery records and documentation as required.
• Perform routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues promptly.
• Assist in warehouse operations as needed, including heavy lifting and moving of products.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• A valid Ontario G Full license
• A clean Driver's Abstract
• Previous delivery driving experience (at least 1 year)
• Familiarity with the streets of downtown Toronto
• Available to work on the weekend (at least one shift will be on the weekend)
• Ability to lift at least 20lbs
• Ability to multitask
• Early morning availability (6am)
• Positive attitude

Pay: From $18.30 per hour
