*Job Overview*

We are a Childcare Catering Kitchen. We are seeking a reliable and motivated Delivery Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods to various childcare locations while ensuring timely and safe delivery, and food temperature tracking.

Our schedule for delivery is from 9:00am-12:00pm Monday-Friday, with some STAT holiday closures, and time off around Christmas.

15+ Hours per week at $18 per Hour.

This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong focus on customer service, organizational skills, and the ability to handle heavy lifting and moving tasks.

*Duties*

-Assembling Cold Foods Bins for each Daycare on the route

-Safely operate delivery vehicles to transport goods to designated locations.

- Load and unload products, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage.

- Communicate effectively with customers regarding delivery schedules and any potential delays.

- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including daily temperature recording and logs utilizing an internal application for tracking

- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries or concerns during deliveries.

- Conduct routine inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and compliance with regulations.

Preferred Skills

- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

-Experience with food handling is beneficial. We will ask you to get a food handler certificate if you don't already have one.

-A police background check and clean drivers abstract are necessary.
