Job Overview

We are seeking a reliable and detail oriented Full-Time Delivery Driver/Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team at our Saskatoon location.

This position plays a key role in maintaining inventory, ensuring smooth warehouse operations, and supporting the distribution of products. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, physically fit, understands safety protocols and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

  • Load, unload, and secure products to prevent damage during transportation.
  • Inspect shipments for accuracy before delivery.
  • Obtain delivery confirmations, signatures, and maintain delivery records.
  • Follow assigned routes and delivery schedules efficiently.
  • Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
  • Ensure compliance with transportation, safety, and hazardous materials regulations .
  • Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of the delivery vehicle.
  • Report vehicle maintenance issues, accidents, or delivery delays to supervisors.
  • Provide professional customer service and resolve basic delivery-related inquiries.
  • Receive and inspect incoming shipments; ensure that all products are correctly labeled and stored.
  • Organize and maintain warehouse inventory to ensure products are easily accessible.
  • Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently for shipment.
  • Assist with loading and unloading trucks using manual and powered equipment.
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety standards within the warehouse.
  • Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) in a safe manner.
  • Conduct regular inventory checks and report discrepancies to management.
  • Assist in the preparation of orders for dispatch.
  • Support warehouse team with various tasks as needed.

Experience

  • Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy items (up to 50 lbs).
  • Comfortable working on your feet for long periods.
  • Forklift certification is an asset but not mandatory (training can be provided).
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Must be reliable, punctual, and have a strong work ethic.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Previous delivery driving experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of local roads and navigation systems.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Candidates with experience in warehouse operations, aftermarket parts distribution, or delivery services are encouraged to apply.
