We're looking for Delivery Employees who will be carrying out deliveries within Oslo and the wider capital region with vehicles provided by Wolt. You will be supporting our company partners in relation to logistics services we are providing to them.
What you'll be doing
- Carrying out deliveries within Oslo and the capital region with vehicles provided by Wolt
- Training and supporting our company partners in relation to logistics services we are providing to them
- Following company-established routines and standards related to food and product safety, ensuring items are handled with care and hygiene protocols are respected at all times
- Taking ownership beyond the obvious by proactively identifying and solving minor issues during delivery operations, like incident, delays, or irregularities
- Representing Wolt in the field, acting as an ambassador of our values in every customer and partner interaction
- Providing a customer-first experience during deliveries, maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor that reflects positively on our brand
- Ensuring the cleanliness, safety, and functionality of company-provided vehicles, and reporting any maintenance needs or damages immediately
- Because this business is new and still developing, your tasks and duties can also change as our business grows and evolves

- You're able to carry the duties and responsibilities of the role as listed above
- You have a self-starter mindset and willingness to contribute to hands-on activities in the company
- You're able to collaborate and communicate clearly in Norwegian and English both verbally and in written form
- You're able to prioritize our culture and values as fundamental to the company's growth and success
- Most importantly, you're good at being part of the team! As a team, we do common things uncommonly well
- You have good knowledge of Oslo and the wider capital region
- You have a Class B drivers licence and you are skilled in driving a regular car
- You have a valid right to work in Norway, and you're located in the Oslo area
- Previous experience from customer-facing work or as a driver is considered a plus!
Additional information
- The employment will be full-time and permanent
- You will have various scheduled shifts across mornings, evenings and weekends
