Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Delivery Helper to assist drivers with the loading, transportation, and delivery of products to customer locations. This role is vital in ensuring timely and accurate deliveries, maintaining customer satisfaction, and supporting smooth logistics operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the delivery driver with loading and unloading products safely and efficiently.
- Verify contents of deliveries with invoices or delivery orders.
- Communicate with customers professionally during drop-offs.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle.
- Provide support with returns, pickups, and exchanges as needed.
- Report any delivery issues, delays, or incidents to the warhouse manager.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
