We are supporting a leading organisation in securing an experienced Delivery Manager to oversee the successful delivery of a large-scale programme of work.

This is a client-side role, offering the opportunity to work closely with senior stakeholders, delivery teams, and third-party partners to ensure high-quality outcomes across complex project environments.

The position is offered as a freelance contract (initial 12 months) with strong likelihood of extension.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead the day-to-day delivery of programme activities, ensuring timelines, quality, and objectives are met

· Act as the primary liaison between client stakeholders and delivery teams

· Manage resource planning, mobilisation, and onboarding of project resources

· Oversee service performance and delivery quality, ensuring adherence to agreed standards

· Support demand and capacity planning across the programme pipeline

· Drive governance activities, including status reporting and stakeholder updates

· Manage risk, issues, and dependencies across delivery workstreams

· Ensure effective transition, handover, and knowledge transfer between project phases

· Oversee commercial and operational aspects of delivery engagements

· Provide leadership and guidance to delivery teams to ensure successful execution

Key Skills & Experience

· Proven experience as a Delivery Manager / Programme Manager / Engagement Manager within complex environments

· Strong background in managing multi-disciplinary delivery teams

· Experience working in client-side or stakeholder-facing roles

· Demonstrable experience in resource planning, mobilisation, and service delivery management

· Strong understanding of governance, reporting, and project controls

· Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

· Ability to operate across multiple workstreams and priorities

· Experience within utilities, energy, or large-scale transformation programmes is highly desirable

· Exposure to ERP/SAP environments would be beneficial

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: €50,000.00-€70,000.00 per year
