- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement regional strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Team Management: Lead and motivate a high-performing team, providing guidance and support.
- Operational Excellence: Ensure efficient and effective delivery of services, meeting or exceeding customer expectations.
- Financial Performance: Manage budgets, control costs, and drive revenue growth.
- Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including members, customers, suppliers, and contractors.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for improvement and implement innovative solutions.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and mitigate risks.
- Proven leadership experience in a similar role
- Strong understanding of the automotive industry and AA’s Mobility services
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- A passion for customer service and operational excellence
