Delivery Manager Northern Region
As a Delivery Manager, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless delivery of our Mobility services. Within your region you'll lead a team of dedicated professionals, oversee operations, and drive continuous improvement across our Mobility products and services.
We are seeking a Delivery Manager to oversee our operations in Central and East Auckland.
What You'll Be Doing | Mō te Tūranga
  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement regional strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Team Management: Lead and motivate a high-performing team, providing guidance and support.
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure efficient and effective delivery of services, meeting or exceeding customer expectations.
  • Financial Performance: Manage budgets, control costs, and drive revenue growth.
  • Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including members, customers, suppliers, and contractors.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for improvement and implement innovative solutions.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and mitigate risks.

  • Proven leadership experience in a similar role
  • Strong understanding of the automotive industry and AA’s Mobility services
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • A passion for customer service and operational excellence
