ABOUT THE ROLE
We seek a highly organized, goal-oriented, and self-motivated Field Marketing and Demand Generation Specialist. You will drive lead generation, increase revenue, and build brand awareness in the Indonesia market by developing demand generation and field marketing initiatives supporting the broader Southeast Asia region. You'll plan and execute demand generation campaigns, field marketing events (both online and offline), and developer marketing programs to acquire new customers, foster engagement and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will develop and execute field marketing and demand generation strategies targeting the Southeast Asia market with 50% focus on Indonesia market, to drive brand awareness, new business acquisition, product adoption and customer success through extensive and integrated go-to-market programs.
- Campaign Development and Management: Conceptualize and execute integrated demand generation campaigns aligned with regional business goals and the buyer journey, utilizing multi-channel tactics like email marketing, content syndication, social media, webinars, digital advertising, etc.
- Content Creation and Localization: Collaborate with campaign teams and external vendors to develop compelling assets (case studies, video, blog posts, infographics) tailored to the targeted market and different stages of the buyer journey. Adapt global marketing content and campaigns to ensure relevance and cultural sensitivity for the target market.
- Lead Nurturing: Design and implement lead nurturing workflows to educate prospects, drive engagement, and move them through the sales funnel.
- Event Planning & execution: Develop and execute field marketing plans encompassing both online and in-person initiatives (conferences, trade shows, webinar, hands-on workshops, hackathons). This includes logistics, budgeting, vendor management, and onsite lead generation activities.
- Analytics & Reporting: Measure the impact of marketing programs, tracking lead generation and pipeline contribution, and provide data-driven insights to optimize future efforts.
- Marketing Intelligence: Analyze local market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and optimize marketing efforts.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- Minimum of 6 years of field marketing and demand generation experience focused on the Indonesian & Southeast Asia market, with excellent project management and execution skills.
- Proven track record planning and executing successful field marketing events and demand generation programs.
- Fluent in spoken and written Bahasa Indonesia, with business-level English proficiency.
- Good knowledge of the technology landscape and working experience in B2B business.
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and data analytic tools.
- Strong analytical skills to track campaign performance and derive actionable insights.
- Strong problem-solver with a focus on timely results. Meticulous, proactive, and detail-oriented. Have a strong sense of ownership and ability to relentlessly prioritise tasks and creatively solve problems.
- Experience with digital marketing, content creation, and campaign management
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and challenge assumptions.
- Familiarity with cloud computing, data analytics and AI/ML technologies would be preferred
