Your Impact
As Demand Planner for the AT HOME channel, you will be responsible for supporting growth plans in line with business targets. You’ll look for ways to ensure we deliver our strategic and functional KPI’s.
You’ll run trackers and reports to find exceptions and highlight potential risks in supply and shelf-life exposure – and then problem-solve to avoid. You’ll also be responsible for coordinating the Supply Planning for some Imported products. The work can be dynamic, offering you the chance to transition from analytical tasks to engaging in a vibrant, collaborative partnership with our Suppliers, Sales, and Marketing teams. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful impact and build strong relationships across the organisation!
About You
The key to being successful in this role will be balancing the required analysis with your ability to influence and communicate to key parties. Your relevant supply chain planning experience and interpersonal skills will see you right as long as you enjoy thinking outside the square and have a passion for optimising opportunities that contribute to the total business and its objectives. You'll have an analytical but methodical approach and be well regarded for your precision and accuracy. You'll have strong negotiation skills and dedication. You'll be highly competent in systems - with SAP experience being an advantage. NZPICs CPIM or relevant experience in a FMCG environment would be desirable.
