Description:
About the role

Seeking a graduate who is action oriented, organised and has a desire to accelerate their learning to fast track a career in operations, planning or procurement in the FMCG or Pharmaceutical industries.

PharmaCare will support you with an ongoing development plan, on the job training and a dedicated mentor to support your journey at PharmaCare.

You will work within a welcoming and supportive team in a fast-paced environment. Starting your journey as a Demand Planner, learning the skills of forecasting across our diverse range of products.

This will be a hands-on development journey. You will be given opportunities to learn and experience Supply Planning, Procurement and Distribution. Learning one skill before exploring the next through dedicated task allocation and as part of project groups working on specific priorities.

Key Learnings:
Understanding of Sales, Marketing and promotional activities and their relationship with supply and demand
Forecasting tools and processes
Identify trends
Problem solving and efficiency creation
Collaboration and cross functional experience
Foundations of Procurement

Skills and Experiences:
About you

Enjoy learning with an ability to think critically
A positive mindset
Adaptable and curious
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Degree qualified in Business, Operations, GMP, Engineering or related discipline
Some work experience, not necessarily in the field, e.g. part-time roles while at university or roles post university that are not necessarily in a related field
