Job Title: Dental Assistant

Hours Needed:

Monday 7:30am to 5:00pm

Tuesday 7:30am to 5:00pm

Wednesday 7:30am to 6:00pm

Thursday (2x per month) 10:00am to 7:00pm possibly every Thursday in Future

Friday 7:30am to 1:00pm

Saturdays (2x per month) 7:30am to 2:00pm

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Dental Assistant Level 2 to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the patient flow , scheduling appointments, maintaining electronic medical records, and providing exceptional customer service to patients in a busy dental office setting.

Duties:

- Assist Doctors with all Dental Treatment

- Sterilize according to Ipac standards
- Greet and welcome patients as they arrive at the office
- Schedule appointments and manage the patient flow
- Maintain electronic medical records and ensure accuracy of patient information
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, and correspondence
- Collaborate with the dental team to ensure smooth patient flow and excellent service delivery

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a dental or medical office setting preferred
- Proficiency in using electronic medical records systems such as Dentrix or Tops
- Knowledge of medical terminology and dental procedures
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
