We are in need of a Dental Assisting Instructor to join the team at our Hot Springs, AR location hosted at Diamond Lakes Dental. This includes clinical teaching on some Saturdays during our 10 week courses.

The responsibilities you would be held accountable for are listed below:

• Prepare to facilitate class by reviewing and understanding the clinic stations.
• Prepare the dental office for class by setting up clinic stations.
• Facilitate clinic sessions by executing class checklists and completing each task in its entirety.
• Record grades, attendance and evaluations in the learning management system.
• Manage all classroom situations.

Qualifications:

Ability to communicate effectively with students
· Positive, fun, and caring attitude
· HS Diploma, DA Cert, & 3 years experience
OR
*HS Diploma & 7 years experience (Because AR doesn't require certification for basic DA, we do not require dental certificates)
*We do require RDA because AR requires RDA for radiology
