Dental Clinic Manager
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Scheduling patient appointments (via phone, messages and email)
✅ Provide chair side assistance for the dentist if required
✅ Overseeing front desk operations
✅ Supervise staff and foster a positive work environment
✅ Managing Financial Transactions and Billing
✅ Handling patient queries and feedback in accordance with clinic policies
✅ Co-ordinating with dental professionals within the practice and visiting consultants
✅ Ensuring compliance with MOH Health Regulations
✅ Inventory management
✅ Providing quality customer services to patients
Desired skills:
✅ Strong leadership and communication skills, especially communicating with patients
✅ Ability to multitask and solve problems efficiently
✅ Quick and keen learner with the ability to work fast and efficiently
✅ Proven experience in management is an added advantage
✅ Able to communicate in fluent English and MANDARIN
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $2,500 - $3,200 per month
