About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated Dental Team Representative to join our team. This role involves providing advice, scientific research updates, and presentations to dental professionals. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, the ability to conduct goal visits, and proficiency in Dutch. This is an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact on global health by providing dental professionals with the latest scientific information, ensuring that patients and consumers receive the best products to enhance their quality of life. The assignment will commence in March-April 2025.
Responsibilities:
- Provide advice and updates on scientific research to dental professionals.
- Conduct daily visits to clinics and dental professionals.
- Give presentations at clinics, symposia, events, and study clubs.
- Capture consent emails and track interactions via a dashboard with KPIs.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure the latest information is shared effectively.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest scientific research and industry trends.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dental professionals and key stakeholders.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance presentation and communication skills.
- Provide feedback and insights from the field to help improve products and services.
Qualifications & Skills:
- At least two years of commercial experience, ideally in internal sales or similar roles.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to adapt to the role and work independently.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Dutch.
Preferred Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience in the dental field or related industries.
- Background in consumer health products, medical devices, or other relevant fields.
- Knowledge of CRM systems.
- Experience in conducting scientific research or working in a research environment.
- Familiarity with the local dental market and industry regulations.
