POSITION SUMMARY

Arch Dental Arts is seeking an experienced Dental Laboratory CAD/CAM Team Member proficient in scanning, milling and 3-Shape design to join our talented team in Birmingham, Alabama. Join a technology-driven, fast-growing dental laboratory where you will have the opportunity to expand your skills and gain experience with 3-Shape, EXOCAD and prosthetic design.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and interpret dental prescriptions and technical specifications for complete and correct information
• Accurately enter case and patient information into Lab software and workflow.
• Scan cases into 3Shape system following standard procedures and protocols.
• Nest/Mill/Print Zirconia and resin materials utilizing state-of-the-art technology.
• Ensure all steps are taken to ensure accurate and consistent results.
• Collaborate with dentists and internal technicians whenever necessary
• Perform quality checks and support day-to-day workflow

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of work-related experience
• Must be comfortable working in a team environment
• Experience with 3-Shape and implant-supported prosthetic design
• Strong understanding of dental anatomy, occlusion, and morphology
• High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, quality-driven environment
• EXOCAD experience is a plus
