Vital Ceramics is a growing dental laboratory dedicated to high-quality restorations and excellent customer service. Job responsibilities: answer calls and emails from dental offices, communicate with dentists and relay instructions to technicians, coordinate case workflows to meet delivery deadlines. prepare and package cases for daily delivery, schedule and coordinate pickups and deliveries, assist with managing delivery drivers, provide professional, friendly customer service and resolve case related questions. Qualifications:Korean and English communication skills required.Our technicians are Korean, while most of our clients are English-speaking dental offices. This role bridges communication between technicians and dentists. Basic computer skills, organized and detail-oriented. Dental laboratory experience is a plus but not required.

Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour
