Office Manager – Full-Time Position

Our dynamic dental office is seeking an Office Manager to join our team and drive the clinic's success in partnership with the Doctor and staff. This role is all about leadership, growth, and ensuring an exceptional experience for both our patients and team members.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead by example, embodying our core values and creating a positive work environment.
- Manage clinic operations, ensuring smooth patient flow, and optimizing the Doctor’s schedule for maximum efficiency.
- Oversee staff performance, providing mentoring, training, and guidance to help your team excel.
- Coordinate staff meetings, daily huddles, and keep everyone aligned with clinic goals and responsibilities.
- Handle key operational tasks like payroll approval, deposit monitoring, and ensuring compliance with regulations (OSHA, safety protocols, etc.).
- Partner with management to track and achieve production and collection goals.
