**Overview:** We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Dental Receptionist to join our team. As a key member of our front office, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and support to our dentists. Your primary responsibilities will include managing patient records, scheduling appointments, and ensuring that our practice runs smoothly. **Responsibilities:** - Manage patient dental records, including updating and maintaining electronic records using Dentrix software. - Greet patients, answer phone calls, and respond to emails in a professional and friendly manner. - Schedule appointments and manage patient flow to minimize wait times.. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including dental imaging and anatomical knowledge. - Communicate effectively with patients, dentists, and other staff members to ensure seamless care. - Perform other administrative tasks as needed, such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
**Experience:** - 1+ years of experience as a dental receptionist. - Familiarity with dental software (Dentrix). - Knowledge of dental anatomy. - Strong communication and organizational skills. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks. -
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 35 per week
