Responsibilities
- Oversee daily front desk operations, ensuring efficient patient flow and appointment scheduling.
- Manage patient inquiries and provide exceptional customer service to enhance patient satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate electronic medical records and ensure compliance with privacy regulations.
- Coordinate with dental staff to optimize patient care and office efficiency.
- Handle billing inquiries and assist with insurance verification processes.
Requirements
- Proven experience of minimum 3 years in dental office setting.
- Strong knowledge of TRACKER/Paradigm software and electronic medical records systems.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
- Familiarity with medical terminology is an asset.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
