Our growing dental practice is seeking a full-time front desk receptionist. We are looking for someone who works well in a team environment, has a friendly, outgoing personality and can work efficiently in a busy and thriving office.
Previous experience in insurance and the dental field is a MUST. Experience with Eaglesoft dental software is a PLUS.
Job responsibilities include the following:
· Professional and friendly customer service interactions with patients
· Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task
· Checking patients in and out
· Scheduling patient appointments
· Completing dental insurance verification
· Getting patients pre-treatment estimates based on their insurance benefits
· Collecting patient payments at the time of service
· Assisting practice manager with administrative tasks
