What You’ll Do:

• Lead and manage our dynamic team with positivity and purpose.
• Keep the practice running like clockwork - because smooth operations make happy patients!
• Be the friendly face that greets every patient, making them feel at home from the moment they walk in.
• Handle appointments, patient queries, and administrative tasks like a pro.
• Bring your creative ideas to the table to make our practice even better!

Who You Are:

• A people person with a can-do attitude and a knack for making everyone feel welcome.
• Experienced in dental practice management (ideally OASIS) or admin roles (bonus points if you’ve done both).
• Or, an enthusiastic receptionist ready to learn and grow into a leadership role.
• A problem-solver who thrives on challenges and loves staying organised.
• Tech-savvy with a love for learning new systems.
• Passionate about creating a positive experience for both patients and team members.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35.00 – $40.00 per hour
