Dental Receptionist (Saturday)

Praise Dental is a digitized, full service dental clinic that offers comprehensive oral health care including preventative procedures, restorations, dental surgeries and orthodontic treatments.

We are looking for a Dental Receptionist to join our busy and upbeat office in Vancouver on Saturdays.

Qualifications:

• Min. 1 year dental reception experience
• Ability to converse in English and Cantonese essential and Mandarin strongly preferred
• Experience with ClearDent preferred
• Comfortable with technology and willing to learn

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients at the front desk, ensuring a welcoming environment.
• Manage multi-line phone systems to schedule appointments and handle inquiries in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin in a professional manner.
• Maintain electronic records and update patient information accurately.
• Collaborate with the team to facilitate smooth office operations and patient flow.
• Handle administrative tasks, including collecting payment, billing and insurance verification, while providing exceptional customer service.
• Maintain order of the front desk and waiting area.
