About the role and practice

If you're a Receptionist looking for a rewarding role in a friendly and professional environment, look no further than The Quay Dental practice in Bideford.

• Full-time hours available, 37.5 hours per week
• Typical shifts are Mon 08:00-17:00, Wed 08:00-20:00, Thurs & Fri 08:00-17:00

We offer high quality dentistry in a relaxed and pleasant environment conveniently located in the heart of Bideford overlooking the Quay and River Torridge. Our aim is for excellent dental health for you and your family through preventive dentistry. We will help you understand how to care for your teeth, reducing the need for dental treatment.

About you

We welcome your application to our Dental Receptionist vacancy if you have the following skills and experience:

• Previous front of house Reception experience (ideally within a dental or healthcare setting, although this is not essential)
• A positive attitude, empathetic and well-organised
• The ability to communicate well with patients and colleagues and highly motivated to offer a warm and welcoming environment
• Passionate about building great relationships with patients and colleagues, and exceptional standards of care
