Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Dental Technician – Ceramist specializing in stain and glaze. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, efficient, and experienced in achieving natural occlusal anatomy and shade consistency to ensure seamless integration with adjacent teeth. This role focuses on the final finishing stage of crowns and bridges, ensuring both functional accuracy and esthetic quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform stain and glaze on zirconia, EMAX, and other ceramic restorations, for crowns and bridges.
• Apply stains, glazes, and surface textures to achieve accurate shade and natural appearance.
• Evaluate contours, surface texture, and occlusion for functional and esthetic harmony.
• Review case prescriptions and reference materials (photos, shade guides, notes) to ensure correct shade reproduction.
• Maintain organized workflow and meet daily production schedules.
• Follow all lab protocols for safety, infection control, and equipment care.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1+ years of experience in ceramic stain and glaze work, with focus on posterior restorations.
• Strong understanding of occlusal anatomy, morphology, and shade consistency.
• Experience with zirconia and EMAX materials required.
• Excellent manual dexterity and attention to fine detail.
• Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
