Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and present comprehensive treatment plans to patients, ensuring they understand their options and feel empowered in their dental journey.
• Coordinate financial aspects, including insurance verification, payment plans, and budgeting consultations to make high-quality care accessible.
• Collaborate closely with our experienced dentists, hygienists, and administrative staff to streamline operations and enhance patient satisfaction.
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes, from patient education to financial workflows, with a focus on efficiency and empathy.
• Build strong relationships with patients through clear communication, follow-ups, and personalized support.

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in dental treatment planning, financial coordination, or a similar role in healthcare—proven expertise in navigating complex cases and financial discussions.
• A go-getter attitude: You’re proactive, resourceful, and always one step ahead, turning “no” into “let’s find a way.”
• A love for collaboration: You excel in team environments, valuing input from seasoned professionals and contributing your ideas to foster a supportive, high-performing culture.
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is a huge plus—helping us connect more deeply with our diverse community.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in dental software (e.g., Dentrix or similar).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, with a genuine passion for patient advocacy.

Pay: $23.92 - $28.81 per hour
