Our clinic is looking for someone with at least 2 years of dental office experience in an Ontario dental office. The office is fast paced so the ideal candidate must be highly organized and an effective multi-tasker. We are looking for someone with drive and passion for customer service, who is able to help lead by example.

The right candidate will have a passion for dental and a vast knowledge of dental procedures. Treatment coordinating experience is necessary for this position.

As the team lead, you will be responsible for helping our manager with the daily operations of our clinic. This will include day to day tasks, problem solving, making sure all staff are following daily protocols, and keeping the office running smoothly.

The treatment coordinator/ team lead is a full time position that requires a positive attitude & communication skills, leadership skills, strong organizational skills, the ability to resolve conflicts, and prioritize issues.

Wage is dependent on experience.

Office Hours

Monday to Thursday 9-5

Friday 9-3

Office is open 1-2 Saturday's a month from 9-3. We ask all team members to work 1 Saturday a month.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $25.00 per hour
