About us, our growing Olney, MD Oral Surgery Practice is seeking an experienced Dental-Surgical Assistant. We pride ourselves in performing the latest oral surgical procedures in a warm and friendly atmosphere. Therefore, we are interested in meeting positive professionals with excellent patient care skills and training to join us in achieving these results as a team.

As a Dental- Surgical Assistant you will assist the surgeon in the operating room and the recovery room. You will help maintain a safe, clean environment. You will also obtain medical histories, prepare medical equipment, patients and instruments for surgery, perform Time out identification at the time of surgery, and accurately record procedures, in EMR system.

Responsibilities:

• Assist Surgeon
• Prepare Operatories
• Sterilization of Instruments
• X-rays- Scans
• Computer EMR management

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour
