Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dentist to join our dynamic dental team. In this vital role, you will provide comprehensive dental care to patients of all ages, ensuring optimal oral health and patient satisfaction. Responsibilities

  • Perform thorough patient assessments, including oral examinations, medical history reviews, and dental imaging to diagnose oral health issues accurately.
  • Deliver a wide range of general dentistry services such as dental cleanings, fillings, crowns, bridges, and prosthodontics procedures.
  • Conduct complex procedures including dental extractions, root canal therapy (endodontics), and oral surgery with precision and care.
  • Utilize advanced dental technology and software such as Epic, Eaglesoft, Dentrix for medical documentation, treatment planning, and record keeping while maintaining HIPAA compliance.
  • Implement infection control protocols using aseptic techniques to ensure patient safety during all procedures.
  • Collaborate with the dental team to provide four-handed dentistry for efficient patient throughput and comfort.
  • Educate patients on oral hygiene practices, preventive care strategies, and post-treatment instructions to promote long-term oral health.
  • Maintain detailed medical records and ensure accurate documentation of diagnoses, treatments, and follow-up care in accordance with medical terminology standards.
  • Stay current with the latest developments in pediatric dentistry, endodontics, prosthodontics, and other specialties to enhance service quality.
  • Uphold all safety standards related to medical imaging, anatomy knowledge application, infection control measures, and HIPAA regulations.

Qualifications

  • Valid state dental license with eligibility to practice as a Dentist.
  • Proven experience in general dentistry with proficiency in pediatric dentistry, oral surgery, endodontics (root canals), and prosthodontics.
  • Familiarity with dental practice management software such as Epic, Eaglesoft or Dentrix is highly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of dental terminology, medical terminology, and anatomy relevant to oral health.
  • Demonstrated ability to perform dental extractions and other surgical procedures safely and effectively.
  • Experience working in a busy dental clinic or office environment with excellent patient care skills.
  • Knowledge of infection control practices and aseptic techniques essential for maintaining a safe clinical setting.
  • Ability to communicate clearly with patients of diverse backgrounds while providing compassionate care.

Pay: From $600.00 per day
