Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive dental services to a patient base that is primarily children (70%) and a significant adult population (up to 30%).
• Utilize modern dental technologies, including DentaPro software, digital X-rays, Panorex units, and fiber-optic handpieces.
• Collaborate with a supportive team, including hygienists and dental assistants, to ensure a smooth and efficient office flow.
• Participate in daily morning huddles to plan the day and foster a positive team environment.
• Engage in community activities to promote the company and oral health awareness.
• Maintain a focus on excellent patient care, teamwork, and professional growth.

Requirements

• DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation.
• Current, valid license to practice dentistry in the state where care is provided, or eligibility for licensure.
• Required certifications, including CPR and DEA.
• Nitrous Oxide certification (for specific states: LA, MS, DC, TX, MA).
• A strong desire to provide compassionate dental care to children and adults.
