About the Role

Reporting to the Depot Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day administration and operational support of our Dubbo Depot.

This is a dynamic role suited to someone who enjoys variety, takes initiative, and thrives in a busy depot environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Schedule fleet movements across Dubbo and Gulgong region
• Support the team with day-to-day depot operations
• Manage inventory control and stock movements
• Complete end-of-month reconciliation tasks
• General administration duties to support depot efficiency

Skills & Experience

• Previous administration experience (essential)
• Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
• Initiative and sound problem-solving skills
• Competent in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word & Excel)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of HSSE and Chain of Responsibility (COR) processes
• Customer-focused with the ability to work collaboratively within a team
• Commitment to compliance and safety standards
