The Bathroom Company are currently recruiting for a talented Sales Designer with an acumen for design, detail, and face-to-face retail sales.

This post will be based in our award-winning Perth showroom.

This position is design driven and is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified Sales Designer to work with very discerning clients in high spec homes throughout Scotland. It is imperative that the applicant has customer service experience, with a good level of communication. A proficiency in using computers is essential, with experience in design/drawing software an advantage. Full training will be provided.

A full driving licence is required.

Job Summary

To support the Directors and design colleagues at all stages of a project(s) from inception through to completion.

The successful applicant will:

• Research products and material specifications and investigate suitability for use
• Assist with the preparation of tender presentation material
• Assist in the collection and preparation of the project briefing documents
• Produce presentation finishes boards
• Demonstrate an ability to develop excellent design and technical skills
• Good interpersonal skills and a good team player
• Demonstrate the ability to develop client management skills
• Good CAD skills and a good working knowledge of other project software
• Have the ability to communicate pleasantly and professionally with both staff and clients
• Possess an enthusiastic interest in design and creativity
• Be self motivated and committed to achieving personal and company missions and visions

Job Types: Permanent, Full-time (Saturday inclusive on occasion)

Pay: £24,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
