About the role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project/Sales Consultant with a background in architecture or civil engineering to manage all residential pool and landscape projects. Job Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with internal architects and estimators to ensure project alignment and successful delivery.

2. Coordinate with the estimator/quantity surveyor to obtain quotations and discuss details with the Managing Director.

3. Arrange and lead the final meeting with clients to initiate project.

4. Negotiate contracts to secure favorable terms and agreements.

5. Ensure client satisfaction through effective communication, addressing concerns, and delivering high-quality service.

6. Conduct follow-up calls with clients to foster relationships and close sales deals.

Requirements:

· Graduate degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering.

· 2 to 4 years of experience in position of Sr. Architect/ Design Manager & Sales consultant Position.

· Proficiency in software and tools, such as Sketch Up, AutoCAD, Planswift and MS Excel.

· Valid UAE driving license.

Requirements:

• 2 to 3 years’ experience in Landscape and Pool industry.

· Must Have a valid Driving License

. Immediate joiners are preferred

Job Location: Dubai - UAE

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED 17,000 - AED 19,000 per month
